It never approves for you
Every approval is your tap.
Nothing is approved on your behalf, ever. Approvals and questions reach your phone one at a time, with which session, what it wants to do, and what happens if you don't answer. Approvals that need Face ID are confirmed in the app; the rest you can approve from the notification once your phone is unlocked.
Agent Use: from your phone, have Awareful Desk send a message to an agent on your Mac or start a new session, through each agent app's own channel and scripts. It reports back what happened.
